Peru’s Scen Tao – IMP Netherlands
Peru’s Scen Tao is a 17,3hh , 2002 Appaloosa Sport Horse Stallion that we imported from Peru’s Stables in the Netherlands in 2017. Scen Tao has been the 8 x NAS Champion Stallion in the Netherlands, we saw him on a Facebook post and immediately knew this will be the perfect stallion for Two Moons Appaloosa Stud’s Appaloosa Sport Horse Breeding programme. We went to the Dutch Appaloosa Stallion Licensing in the Netherlands and we immediately fell in love with him when we first saw him. He arrived in South Africa in June 2017 and since then he has achieved the unthinkable. 2017 South African National Champion Appaloosa Under Saddle, 2017 South African Junior Advanced Dressage Champion, 2017 Junior Advanced Dressage Freestyle Champion, 2017 South African Advanced Dressage Victor Ludorum, 2018 Horse Of The Year Supreme Champion Appaloosa Sport Horse, 2018 Horse Of The Year Supreme Champion Appaloosa English Discipline Show Horse Under Saddle, 3rd All Breed Championships Horse Of The Year 2018 (First of all stallions) , 2018 South African Small Tour Dressage Champion, 2018 South African Appaloosa Sport Horse Of The Year. 2019 Horse Of The Year Supreme Champion Appaloosa Sport Horse and 2019 Supreme Champion Appaloosa English Discipline Show Horse Under Saddle. 2019 South African Adult Advanced Dressage Champion , 2019 National Champion of Champions Appaloosa Sport Horse, 2019 National Champion Appaloosa under saddle as well as the 2019 South African Appaloosa of the Year. In just his first foal crop in South Africa his foals are already leaving their mark with his daughter Two Moons Peru’s Guns & Roses being named Reserve Grand Champion Appaloosa 2019 at 1 Year of age and his son Two Moons Peru’s Sinatra already Top 10 Supreme breed horse at Horse Of The Year 2020 at only 14 months of age. Scen Tao has taken the Appaloosa breed in South Africa to new heights and has achieved exceptional results since his arrival in 2017. We can not wait to see what he produces and what his offspring will achieve in the future.
Hesa Cool Star – Imported USA
Hesa Cool Star is a 2009 imported colt from Sheldak Ranch, North Dakota,USA. He is by National and World Champion producing stallion, Imaginate. Cool Star was imported just after he was weaned together with three other fillies as we could already see the amazing potential these four foals will have for the Western classes in South Africa.
Cool Star has been National Western Halter Champion in 2011/2012 and 2013 as well as National Western Champion Under Saddle in 2013 and 2015 and Reserve Champion in 2014 falling behind his sister Arrayed In Silver. He has also been Supreme Western Appaloosa Ridden Champion at Horse Of The Year in 2014 and 2015 and both years he was placed Top 5 Supreme Western Champion Under Saddle at Horse Of The Year. Hesa Cool Star was awarded 2015 SOUTH AFRICAN APPALOOSA OF THE YEAR. Cool Star has been named 2018 and 2019 South African Western Appaloosa of The Year , 2019 South African National Champion Western Ridden Horse, Reserve Champion Western male, coming second to his son Two Moons Cool Day Dreamer. He has also won Champion Western Supreme All Breed horse at Horse Of The Year 2020 as well as Champion Western Supreme in Hand all breed horse at Horse of The Year 2020. Cool Star himself has also bred many National Champions up to now and we firmly believe that he has changed the Western Appaloosa in South Africa forever. Two Moons Cool Master Jack
Two Moons Cool Master Jack was born in 2016 and we immediately knew that he would be a perfect successor for his sire one day . Master Jack a Reserve National Champion male himself has everything to breed the perfect Appaloosa Western Horse. His Breeding with Hesa Cool Star as his sire and his dam Two Moons Priscilla’s Freedom being a daughter of Financial Freedom who himself was a USA and South African National Champion and was sired by the famous Always Dignified and the full brother of Multiple World and USA National stallion , Diversified makes Master Jack an even more impressive stallion for the future. Master Jack had his first 4 mares in the 2019 breeding season and we look forward to see the offspring he produces.

Sinatra at only 1 year of age shows a lot of promise for showing and dressage and to one day be just as successful as his sire Peru’s Scen Tao . On his dam’s side he has Storm Runner (Imp USA) and Wap Spotted (USA) . At 14 months of age he was Horse Of The Year Champion Appaloosa Sport Horse male and then went on to be Top 10 in the All Breed Supremes . We believe this colt has a great future and we can not wait to keep you updated as he matures
Drea Eagle’s Dandy – Imported USA

Dandy is a 1998 imported stallion from Deckers Red Eagle Appaloosas in Oregon, Canada. Dandy is by Wakons Navajo Eagle. The HQ (Horse Quarterly) Magazine named Dandy as one of the 10 most beautiful stallions in South Africa of the last 10 years. Dandy has bred many National Champions in his lifetime. Sadly in 2011 we lost Dandy but he definitely left a great legacy in South Africa.
Storm Runner – Imported USA
Storm Runner is a 2004 stallion imported from B & L Horse Ranch, Hays, Kansas, USA. He is by Argentarius, son of the legendary Hall Of Fame stallion, Dreamfinder. In 2012 Storm Runner was named South African Appaloosa Of The Year. The biggest achievement an Appaloosa can get in South Africa. He has been Supreme Appaloosa Ridden Champion at Horse Of The Year, Pretoria Show, Autumn Gold Cup as well as Appaloosa Nationals. He has also been Top 5 Supreme Ridden Champion all breeds as well as Top 5 Supreme Working Riding Champion all breeds at Horse Of The Year. Storm Runner was sold to Mr G Roux in 2015.

Financial Freedom is a 2008 Stallion imported from Three Creeks Appaloosas, Pilot Point, Texas, USA. He is by World Champion and Hall Of Fame Champion Always Dignified – A USA National and World Champion producer. Financial Freedom is a full brother to the three times World Champion Diversified. At the 2009 USA National show in Jackson, Mississipi he was National Champion Foundation bred Stallion of all ages. This is also where we saw him for the first time as a yearling and we just had to bring him home with us. Financial Freedom was named the 2013 South African Stallion of the year, he was also the 2011 Supreme National Champion Western Horse Under Saddle as well as the 2012 Supreme National Champion English Discipline Show Horse Under Saddle. Sadly in 2013 we lost Financial Freedom to colic.
Josh Freedom
Josh is by the USA and South African National Champion Financial Freedom and out of a Supreme Reserve National Champion Mare Alpha Toby’s Movie Star. Josh was Supreme National Champion Male in 2012 at only one year of age. Josh was started being produced in 2014 and already placed first in the Novice Show Riding class at Horse Of The Year 2015. Josh also delivered his first two foals in 2014 – Two spectacular fillies. Great things can be expected from this young stallion. Josh was sold and exported to Mauritius in 2015 to new owner Alexandra May.
